How to Claim. To invoke our Price Match Policy, simply email us or use online chat before making your purchase or within ten (10) days after your order has been placed. Provide us with the advertised details, and we'll verify and adjust the price accordingly.

Exclusions

Certain exclusions apply to our price matching policy.

  • Free Shipping: Items shipped 'freight free' have to be compared manually to those with separate freight charges.
  • Transparent Handling: If a competitor advertises a lower price but adds a handling fee during checkout, we evaluate the situation equitably under our policy.
  • Definition of Advertised Price: We consider any verifiable printed or electronically broadcast price available to the general public. Promotions, rebates, and free-with-purchase offers do not qualify.
  • Identical Item Requirement: The item must be the exact same model, in new condition, with all applicable manufacturer warranties, and in its original packaging.
  • Store Eligibility: Our price match extends to licensed brick-and-mortar or e-commerce stores in Canada, provided the lower price is advertised. We do not match prices from auction sites.
  • No Auction Sites: We do not match prices from auction sites or affiliated platforms.
  • No Combined Offers: Our Price Match Policy cannot be combined with any other offers and excludes competitor's clearance pricing.
  • Special Categories: Special order items, Perishable items and live fish and plants are exempt.
  • Quantity Limitation: We reserve the right to limit quantities for price-matched items.
  • Naked Cost Limitation: Additionally, we reserve the right to deny price match requests if the price advertised by a competitor is below our cost of acquisition.

Warranty

Manufacturer's Warranty Information

Each non-perishable product is accompanied by a manufacturer's warranty, which covers the repair or replacement of defective components, subject to the specified terms and conditions. Please note that all warranties are issued by the manufacturer, not by our company. For inquiries regarding warranty details, please contact our Customer Service team at 289-277-7887 or via email. Should your product require service within the warranty period, follow the instructions provided by the manufacturer. If you need a copy of your sales receipt, contact our customer service by phone or email, and we will promptly provide you with a duplicate.

Warranty Requirements & Exceptions

The warranty applies exclusively to the original/primary owner and excludes coverage for abuse, alteration, theft, loss, or unauthorized and/or unreasonable use of our products.

Additionally, the warranty does not cover costs associated with labor, product removal, shipping, or expenses related to installation and re-installation.

When returning a product, ensure it is shipped via an insured and trackable delivery service. We cannot assume responsibility for products that fail to reach us via mail. Please retain your shipment tracking information until we confirm receipt of the product for your warranty claim. Proof of purchase is mandatory.

All warranty claims are subject to inspection upon receipt of the returned product. If after inspection the product is found to be functioning properly or used incorrectly, the warranty claim may be declined, and no credit or replacement will be issued. In such cases, if you wish to have the product returned, shipping charges will apply.

REASONS YOUR ITEM MAY NOT BE COVERED
  • Missing Proof Of Purchase – Without proof of purchase your warranty claim may be denied.
  • Warranty Expired
  • Discontinued Items – If your item has been discontinued and you do not have proof of purchase we will not be able to confirm a satisfactory replacement or compensation for your item.
  • Haven't Passed Inspection – Your returned item was found to be in good working condition or was used incorrectly.
