I wanted to leave a review as this website came up during a Google search for Hikari Ich-X Aquarium Treatment, but I questioned the legitimacy. Product came as highly recommended by aquarium hobbyists online. This was the only store within Canada that I was able to find this product, at least online. Quick shipping within Ontario and the product we received was legitimate. Bottle arrived with the lid slightly bent but useable. No content has spilled out and the bottle was intact. We did not end up using it as the mild case of ich that we had started to notice cleared up with a temperature change, however, we are happy to have it on hand ready to go as we introduce more fish and plants.

The few times I dealt with MyPond their service was always great. They expedited the shipment of items I needed asap and have always been very responsive. Thank you to the team.
