- 2. Shipping Costs
- 2.1. Orders over $250 qualify for free shipping to Canada or the Continental United States, excluding oversized items. Free shipping covers shipping expenses up to 10% of the order subtotal. If actual shipping costs exceed this amount, we may provide a shipping quote for the difference.
- 2.2. Orders under $250 are subject to a flat shipping fee, which varies by geographical location.
- 2.3. Oversized items are exempt from free shipping and incur calculated shipping costs based on weight, dimensions, and destination. In some cases, shipping may need to be calculated manually.
- 2.4. Expedited shipping is available for select products and can be requested for a manual quote.
- 2.5. Additional shipping services such as tailgate delivery, specific delivery times, or inside delivery can be arranged upon request.
- 2.6. Carriers may apply surcharges, which we reserve the right to pass on to the customer.
- 2.7. Shipping costs for out-of-service area deliveries may be re-quoted.
- 3. Delivery Types
- 3.1. Parcel shipping is used for most items under 150 lbs.
- 3.2. Larger items are shipped via Less Than Truckload (LTL) freight service, offering curbside delivery only.
- 3.3. White-Glove Delivery and Installation services are available for select products in the Toronto Area.
- 3.4. Pick-up options are available at designated locations in the Toronto Area.
- 4. Delivery Terms
- 4.1. Transit times vary based on location and shipping method.
- 4.2. Address changes can be accommodated before dispatch, with potential cost adjustments.
- 4.3. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
- 4.4. Out-of-stock items will delay the order until available.
- 4.5. Partial orders or split shipping may be offered in certain situations.
- 4.6. Special orders have varying lead times and cannot be canceled after procurement or manufacture.
- 4.7. Tracking information is provided, but not all carriers offer online tracking for all shipments.
- 4.8. Weekend service is not available.
- 5. Pre-Order Items

- 5.2.2. Shipping timelines may vary due to customs clearance, supplier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

- 7.1. Damage must be reported within 2 business days of delivery.
- 7.2. Damages must be documented with photos for resolution options.
- 8. Cancellation
- 8.1. Orders can be canceled for a full refund before dispatch.
- 8.2. Canceling orders in transit may incur additional costs.
- 8.3. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to conditions and return shipping costs.
