Surface Preparation & Application

• Assess Surface Integrity: Ensure plaster or concrete is sound; perform repairs and allow curing before painting.
• Abrade Surface: Sand previously painted epoxy or bare fiberglass to #80 grit for proper adhesion.
• Clean Thoroughly: Use Ramuc Clean and Prep Solution to remove oils, debris, and chalking. Rinse thoroughly.
• Perform Condensation Test: Use 2'x2' plastic sheets to ensure surface dryness before painting.
• Mix Components Properly: Mechanically mix Part A and B separately for 5 minutes each, then together for 15 minutes. Allow 20–45 min induction time before use.
• Apply Two Coats: Use 3/8” mohair or lambskin roller. Apply within pot life window; sand between coats if >72 hours.
• Temperature Control: Apply only when surface and air temps are between 50–90°F. Avoid application before rain or in high humidity.

Not Recommended For

• Use on surfaces with unresolved structural or moisture issues
• Application over unknown or incompatible coatings without testing
• Use on vinyl, bare fiberglass without sanding, or with silicone-based fillers
• Full-pool coverage with dark colors—use for accent only (fading risk)
