The SilentAir RP50 (72R) 1/2 HP Maintenance Kit is designed to restore airflow and operating efficiency in dual rocking piston compressors used in earlier pond and lake aeration systems. As internal wear components age, airflow and pressure gradually decline, reducing overall system performance.

This complete rebuild kit includes all critical replacement parts needed to service a single compressor and return it to proper working condition, helping extend equipment life without the expense of full compressor replacement.

Why Choose the SilentAir RP50 Maintenance Kit?

  • Restores Airflow: Replaces worn pistons, valves, and seals that reduce oxygen delivery.
  • Complete Rebuild Kit: Includes valve plates with pre-installed leaf valves and all required internal components.
  • Planned Maintenance: Designed for routine service every 12-18 months.
  • System-Specific Compatibility: Built for pre-2022 PondSeries and LakeSeries aeration systems.
  • Extends Compressor Life: Preventive maintenance helps avoid premature compressor failure.

Kit Components

  • Valve Plates with Pre-Installed Leaf Valves: 2
  • Head O-Rings: 2
  • Cylinder Sleeves: 2
  • Piston Cups: 2
  • Cylinder O-Rings: 2
  • Screws: 8 (4 Torx head)
  • Tube O-Rings: 4
  • Pinch Clamp: 1

PRO TIP

When servicing older compressors, inspect airline connections and tubing at the same time. Replacing worn seals while addressing small air leaks helps maximize the benefit of the maintenance kit.
