- Orders over $250 ship free across North America.
- A flat rate of $14.99 applies to all smaller orders.
- Standard delivery takes 1 to 4 business days.
- Most in-stock items are dispatched within 24 hours.
- Special order items may require 2 to 14 business days before shipping, depending on availability.
Returns & Exchanges
If something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you covered.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all parts and proof of purchase.
- All returns require prior authorization. Items sent without approval will not be accepted.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed defective upon delivery.
- Items marked as Clearance, Special Order, or Final Sale are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
