Roman PRO-999 Rx-35 Wallpaper Primer and Sealer is a contractor-grade solution for prepping damaged or porous drywall and other wall surfaces. It seals and primes effectively to prevent bubbling, rewetting, or uneven absorption, creating the perfect surface for wallpaper or paint.

This water-based primer dries clear with a subtle tack, helping new wall coverings or coatings adhere securely. Its no-drip, low-odor formula makes application clean and comfortable, whether you use a roller, brush, or sprayer. With coverage of up to 400 square feet per gallon, it’s both efficient and dependable for professional or DIY projects.

Why Choose Roman PRO-999 Rx-35?

  • Seals porous surfaces: Ideal for torn drywall, joint compound, skim coats, and residual paste.
  • Clear finish: Dries transparent with a slight tack for superior adhesion.
  • Easy application: Low odor, no-drip, and splatter-resistant formula.
  • Mildew resistance: Contains biocides to inhibit mold and mildew growth.
  • Reliable performance: Covers up to 400 sq. ft. per gallon with one coat.

PRO TIP

Allow a full 12 hours of drying time in humid or cool conditions before hanging wallpaper or painting. This ensures maximum adhesion and prevents premature lifting or bubbling.
