Manufactured from Type I, Grade I PVC Schedule 40, it offers excellent corrosion resistance and a long service life for applications up to 140°F.
Compared to metal, PVC systems require less maintenance, resist environmental damage, and provide thermal insulation and sound dampening benefits. Installation can be easily performed using solvent cementing, threading, or flanging methods without specialized equipment.
