Surface Preparation & Application

• Surface Condition: Surface must be clean, dry, and free of dirt, grease, wax, soap residue, and loose material.
• Concrete Surfaces: Porous concrete typically requires cleaning only. Non-porous concrete must be etched, sanded, or shot blasted to ensure adhesion.
• Previously Painted Surfaces: Clean thoroughly and sand to remove gloss and promote adhesion before coating.
• Mixing: Stir thoroughly before and during application to maintain uniform consistency.
• Application: Apply two even coats at recommended coverage. Avoid heavy application to prevent extended dry times or cracking.
• Environmental Conditions: Do not apply during rain, extreme humidity, or when temperatures fall outside recommended ranges.
