Surface Preparation & Application

• Clean and repair: Use Ramuc Clean & Prep Solution to remove contaminants and improve surface porosity. Repair cracks with hydraulic cement or polyurethane sealant.
• Ensure surface soundness: Not a solution for crumbling or weak plaster—repair first and allow to cure fully.
• Mix and apply: Use a 3/8” mohair or lambskin roller (no cardboard core) or airless sprayer. Mix thoroughly and intermix gallons for color consistency.
• Dry time between coats: Allow at least 4 hours before recoating. Avoid heavy application or back-to-back coats.
• Cure time before filling: Allow 3 dry days for outdoor pools; extend in cooler or humid conditions or after rainfall.
• Condensation test: Confirm dryness before painting using a clear plastic sheet taped to the surface.

Not Recommended For

• Use on fiberglass, hot tubs, or spas
• Use on bare concrete or bare plaster (use Ramuc Hi-Build Epoxy instead)
• Application over epoxy-painted surfaces (use EP Epoxy or Hi-Build Epoxy instead)
• Use of dark colors for full pool coverage—recommended for accents only
